ACBT (advanced chicken bone technology)
« on: June 01, 2009, 12:12:54 PM »

I'm sure you're aware that I have an interest in this science and
have previously posted some of my research on this august page....

OK.  It's flat.  I cleaned the garage, made a new rack for my boards (10 slots!),
and smoked a turkey.

From said turkey I have retrived a variety of bones,
and I'm sure some of you farm boys know a turkey is
like a really big chicken that tastes different.
Comparison of the bones revealed many suprises.

Stay with me here.....

Small bones, small waves, chicken?
Big bones, bigger waves, turkey?

The mystery runs deep.
I will post back when study is complete (burp).
And, I've had another interesting thought...

turkducken (shhhhhhh).

Not to jinx it or anything,

knock wood,
spin around twice (anticlockwise!)
spit on the ground and don't look at it,

but late week does look really promising.

Reports are not holding together like they were now that we are getting closer.  Thursday seems to be the day with offshores.
Ill take anything now that I know I can last out there for over an hour in my fullsuit.

Just to document how the forcast falls apart and leaves us all bitter unfortunate wrecks,
I'll post current forcast for midday Thursday for the next 3 mornings.
That'll jinx us for sure...

Current forcast:
FNMOC (Fleet Numeric Modeling and Oceanographic Chicken):  5-7' and 9-10 sec period.
IWINDSURF (windsurfing chicken):  due West at 11mph, 61 at lunchtime.

dem bones gonna rise again   :swordfight:

morning update for Weds,

FNMOC continues to show 5-7' line onshore with a 9-11 second period.
Iwindsurf says 11mph out of the NW and not shifting to NE until late evening.

Pretty consistent forecasts,
tomorrow will tell the tale.

And as a bonus early morning update,
the swell is not here as of 6:30ish best as I could tell in the dark.

Just woke up  ;D  I haven''t checked it, but I don't hear anything.  Pretty dismal out.

I had a dream last night that I was in Hawaii and it 10' glass and three people out at pipe.  I started to unzip my board bag and realized
I packed my 5'10 quad instead of my shortboard!! This damn board is even messing up my dreams now..
